Order Acceptance & Cancellation

CEZU reserves the right to refuse or cancel any placed orders at its sole discretion without prior notice. Common order cancellation scenarios include insufficient product inventory, incorrect pricing or product information, abnormal orders identified by our risk control and anti-fraud team, and orders requiring further identity verification.

Once your order is cancelled or additional verification materials are required, our customer service team will contact you timely via email or platform message.

After order dispatch, all transportation risks and logistics liabilities shall be undertaken by third-party logistics providers. Meanwhile, the full ownership of ordered football jerseys shall be transferred to buyers after shipment, and buyers shall bear all product damage and loss risks during transportation.

Transfer of Title

The ownership and title of customized football jerseys will be fully transferred to buyers once goods leave CEZU’s warehouse and are handed over to designated logistics carriers for delivery. All product risks and liabilities will be transferred to buyers simultaneously. By submitting orders on this website, you authorize CEZU to entrust third-party logistics companies to complete delivery services on your behalf.

Typographical Errors

CEZU commits to maintaining accurate product descriptions and real-time pricing information on the website. However, occasional pricing errors or typographical mistakes may still occur. CEZU reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders generated due to incorrect pricing or product information errors. We will either contact you for further order instructions or cancel the order directly and send formal cancellation notifications accordingly.

Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify and hold CEZU harmless from all losses, damages, legal costs, liabilities and expenses arising from your breach of these terms and conditions, including all legal fees and compensation fees paid by CEZU to settle third-party dispute claims.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for contract performance failures caused by unforeseeable and uncontrollable force majeure events, including natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, wars, terrorist attacks, political unrest, riots, official government orders and other abnormal emergencies beyond reasonable control. The affected party shall inform the other party promptly after force majeure occurs and make reasonable efforts to reduce losses and fulfill remaining contractual obligations.

Termination

CEZU reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to this website at any time with or without cause and prior notice. CEZU shall not be responsible for any losses or claims caused by account access termination or website service suspension. If local mandatory laws require formal termination notice, CEZU will publish notices on the website homepage or send notifications via your reserved contact email.
